PROGRAM AGREEMENT

Welcome to the Aftermarket Websites™ Program! We appreciate the opportunity to work with you.

As an Aftermarket Websites™ Program subscriber, you will receive the following products and services:

1. An Aftermarket Websites™ site, to include:
   1. Benefits such as shopping cart capability, product and brand uploader tool, site analytics, premium phone support, free updates and improvements, and more.
   2. Someone will contact you soon to discuss everything required to build your site. Your website will be live within 15 days of your delivering all required information.
2. Access to the Insight™ account system, to include:
   1. One-login access to nearly all your tools and services.
   2. Benefits such as price sheets, competitive pricing information, rebate center, social media guides, installation videos, and more.
3. Access to the On the Map™ tool.
   1. Service submits your business listing to multiple selected manufacturers for possible inclusion on their online dealer locators. Note that individual manufacturers make their own decisions about who to list based on your stocking and support of their brand and other as-determined requirements.
4. Your store will be listed on our dealer locator.
5. Print newsletter mailed six times annually.
6. The weekly email newsletter and on-demand Pulse™ emails from our manufacturers.

By clicking the checkbox for this agreement, you agree to the following terms of being an Aftermarket Websites™ Program subscriber:

• You will pay a $500 one-time, nonrefundable website setup fee and $29.95 a month for the Aftermarket Websites™ Program.
• You will maintain a current credit card for the above billing.

I understand that I can cancel my membership in the program at any time. I understand the terms of this agreement and agree to the conditions outlined above.
